A seasonal HVAC site that captures the 2 p.m. heat-wave panic
An HVAC concept engineered around demand that swings with the weather — emergency routing when the AC dies, maintenance plans when it doesn't.
Demonstration project. Knox Growth created this company, brand and website as a concept build to show our process and design standard. The business is fictional and the figures are modeled projections, not reported client results.

What was holding the business back.
Traffic tripled during the first heat wave of the year and the site had no way to absorb it — the same generic homepage greeted an emergency visitor and a homeowner browsing tune-up pricing.
After-hours visitors hit a contact form that nobody read until the next morning, so the most valuable calls of the season went to whoever answered first.
Maintenance plans, the most profitable product in the business, were mentioned in one sentence halfway down a services page.
The website we built.
Emergency-ready in July, tune-up ready in September.
Emergency mode above everything
A persistent red-alert band offers same-day service with a one-tap call, and after 6 p.m. the messaging switches automatically to the on-call line.
A seasonal homepage
The hero offer rotates by season — cooling emergency in summer, furnace safety in fall, indoor air quality in spring — without needing a developer.
Membership plans as a real product
Three clearly priced maintenance tiers with a comparison table, annual savings math and a direct sign-up path.
Transparent pricing signals
Diagnostic fee, typical repair ranges and financing terms are published up front, which removes the biggest reason homeowners abandon an HVAC page.

Measurable improvement.
Figures are modeled projections for this demonstration build, based on the conversion benchmarks we design against for hvac companies.
"When the air conditioning quits, nobody reads a company history. They look for the fastest way to reach a person."
